Flying

Tignes is best served by Geneva and Lyon airports although there are flights to Chambery and Grenoble. Budget airlines such as Ryanair and Easyjet serve these airports although don't dismiss British Airways as they can do some very good deals.

Trains

With the Eurostar/Sleeper train option you can get 8 days skiing and Bourg St Maurice station is only 40 minutes from Tignes. The details of this journey are; Eurostar from St Pancras to Paris on Saturday afternoon and then overnight sleeper to Bourg St Maurice, arriving early Sunday morning. The return train leaves on Sunday night arriving in St Pancras on Monday morning.

Transfers

We are happy to arrange discounted transfers from the station or the airports where possible. Please discuss your flight arrangements with us as early as possible so we can co-ordinate with other guests. The total return transfer prices for a minibus (up to 8 passengers) are; Geneva £400, Grenoble and Lyon £470 and Chambery £360. Please note these are special prices only for guests staying with Snowstar and are approximately 25% less than our minimun transfer prices for Transfer Only clients.

Driving

We have chosen Sunday changeover days as one of the benefits is quieter roads to make your journey a little easier. Both Chalets have off street private parking spaces for guests use. Please look at the maps in the 'Location Maps' panel on the right for more information on the location of the chalets.
