The Espace Killy, linking Tignes and Val d'Isere, is one of the biggest and best ski areas in the world offering 300km of marked piste and a multitude of off-piste opportunities. It offers something for everyone from beginners to experts, from gentle nursery slopes to steep off-piste couloirs. Chalet Chardon is in the village of Tignes le Lac and Chalet Tournavel is near Val Claret, both of which are at 2100m. Tignes is truly a snowsure resort offering skiing from 1550m up to glacier skiing at 3450m.
